Christmas is the perfect excuse to indulge in your favourite goodies with family and friends. And my word do we have some incredible Christmas treats to share with you. It’s okay to be a little bit naughty and bake up a storm as long as you’re a little nice and share your cakes with your family and friends! Little Chocolate Christmas Puddings – oh yes please! These little balls of goodness can be sticky so we suggest putting some plain flour on your hands before rolling into balls. If you’re hosting a Christmas party these are a great pre-entrée treat that can be served with a napkin. If you have children these Festive Tree Brownies are the best festive treat to make for them and their classmates. Making a double batch of these will leave you with plenty to hand around while still having a few leftover for ‘taste testing’… we all know you need a taste test first ;) Joy to the world that we’ve got the most delicious Christmas Cookies! Bake these through December and always have a few in the house for when friends and family pop in. Plus, it means when you feel the festive nibbles coming on you no exactly where to go – the cookie jar! Christmas function? Bring along a Berry and Brownie Trifle and impress your colleagues.
