We’re all up for a spreadtacular summer this year! Peck’s is honing in on the summer trends and has come up with four fantastic recipes that are sure to impress. These recipes are designed to be flexible, you can use them as main meals, entrées, snacks and little nibbles. So invite your friends and family around and get the party started!
Salmon & Lobster Sushi Stack

Sushi has become an undeniable favourite and our sushi stack is sure to live up to the hype. Instead of rolling the sushi, we’ve made it even easier by decoratively layering the sushi ingredients with our Salmon and Lobster spread. Sushi is the perfect party food – it’s healthy, bite size and looks incredible!
Anchovette Caesar Salad Cones

This recipe is a unique twist on a classic favourite. If you’re someone who doesn’t like to serve pre-packaged spring rolls and party pies, this recipe is for you! By having the salad in cones you avoid all eating disasters and spillages. Plus you’ll love seeing your guests’ reactions when they taste the kick of the Anchovette!
Devilled Ham Grilled Cheese Baguettes

This lunch recipe is devilishly good! The mustard and Devilled Ham combo will blow the socks off your classic cheese toastie. You can add this mixture to your regular white bread toasted cheese sandwich and it’ll still be incredible. Our tip: swap the white bread for a baguette and cheddar for Gruyere … you’ll be laughing!
Salmon & Lobster Baked Silken Custard

We think this is the perfect entrée, especially for an Asian inspired banquet. The Salmon and Lobster flavour is subtle yet very important in perfecting this recipe. Feel free to add a little more or a little less than suggested. Garnishing with limes and chilli’s really compliments the Shimeji mushrooms.
