Pork Al Pastor Soft Taco Kit

Juicy Pork Al Pastor tacos are a speciality of the famed taquerias in Central Mexico, where the meat is grilled on a traditional shwarma spit. Tender pork loin is marinated in extra virgin olive oil, guajillo chillies, fresh lime juice and a handful of local herbs. The succulent diced pork is then rubbed in thick achiote paste before being placed into a hot pan to gently sizzle. Crispy and browning, the pork is alive with flavour. To give it that famous spicy and sweet combination, fresh pineapple is stirred into the Old El Paso pineapple salsa with white onion and coriander.
